How do I connect my bank accounts?

NovaBiz connects through Plaid using read-only access. From your dashboard, go to Settings → Connections → Add Bank. Select your bank and authenticate with your online banking credentials. Takes about 3 minutes per bank. We can never move money — only read transaction data.
How does the 30-day challenge work?

Connect your accounts in 20 minutes. NovaBiz runs for 30 days without any action required from you. The savings dashboard documents every dollar saved with receipts and timestamps. On day 30, we compare documented savings to our invoice. Savings exceed cost → keep NovaBiz. Don't → full refund plus we cover the gap.
Can I export my data if I cancel?

Yes. Full data export in CSV, JSON, or QuickBooks-compatible format is available at any time from Settings → Export. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. We don't delete or hold your data hostage.
How long does onboarding take?

Does NovaBiz work with my existing accountant?

Is my financial data secure?
