Biography

Tiffany Dauer-Whitchurch is an accomplished executive with a demonstrated history of excellence across Corporate Branding and Identity, Strategic Alliance Development, Public and Media Relations, Cross-Promotion Marketing, Product Design, and Manufacturing.

Ms. Dauer-Whitchurch began her professional career in Silicon Valley, developing expertise in brand strategy, strategic alliance formation, and customer relationship management. She channeled that experience into founding her first venture — applying an end-to-end operational discipline that would become the hallmark of her entrepreneurial approach.

Simply Tiffany Taite, Inc. was founded with the mandate to build a globally recognized brand in the children's product and gift industry. Ms. Dauer-Whitchurch personally oversaw every dimension of the enterprise — product design, manufacturing, production, distribution, marketing, and sales — streamlining each function from concept to consumer. She conducted on-site manufacturing visits to silver foundries in Mexico to develop firsthand production expertise, built and enforced the company's intellectual property portfolio, and developed its national press and celebrity placement relationships.

"I streamlined every operation from concept to consumer myself. You develop a precise understanding of what a business costs — and what it should cost — when you are personally responsible for every function within it."

The company achieved national recognition as a leader in the children's product and gift industries. Products were placed at high-profile celebrity events including weddings, christenings, and private celebrations, and received extensive editorial coverage in InStyle, Redbook, Woman's Day, Life & Style, Child, Southern Baby, US Weekly, and Pregnancy, as well as multiple television appearances. In acknowledgment of her achievement, Ms. Dauer-Whitchurch was named Mrs. Washington Businesswoman of the Year for 2006–2007.

The founding of NovaBiz OS emerged directly from her experience managing the full operational cost structure of a growing small business. Having personally administered the bookkeeping, marketing, payroll, compliance, and vendor relationships that constitute typical small business overhead, Ms. Dauer-Whitchurch identified a systemic inefficiency: the majority of small business operational expenditure funds repeatable process work that artificial intelligence can now perform at a fraction of the cost. NovaBiz OS was developed to address that inefficiency at scale.
